WITH OPEN BARS

Italian Campaign Train Selling Wine Milan, December 27., The t Federation of Italian Winegrowers, in a desperate effort to induce their countrymen to recover the habit of wine drinking, have equipped a propaganda train with 12,000 gallons of wine and several! improvised bars, at which choice vintages are offered at remarkably low prices, including champagne at 5/- to 7/- a quart. The train travels the length of Italy with the bars open day and night.
