ASSISTANCE IN RESEARCH. By Telegraph.-Press association Christchurch, March 1. Renlring to a deputation that asked for Government assistance towards the cost of experiments in the storatre of onions, the Prime Minister (the Right Hon. J. G. Coates') said that the T>epi>rtment of Scientific and Industrial Research and the Acricultnro Department had certain funds, and he would inouire how far these could he used. He would also have inanities made regarding the market for onions in America.
