ADDRESS TO CONSTITUENTS. By Telegraph.—Press association. Dunedin, February 29. The Hon. W. D. Stewart (Minister of Finance) addressed a meeting of his constituents in the Early Settlers’ Hall tonight, the mayor of Dunedin presiding. After the speech, several questions were answered. A motion of thanks and continued confidence was carried with only slight opposition. Important matters dealt with by the Minister arc reported in Special Service messages which appear elsewhere in this issue.
