COMPANY WOUND UP

SUFREME COURT ACTION. An application for the compulsory winding up of the Moss Slewart Proprietary Co. was acceded to by Air. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court yesterday. The action was brought by Mr. C. B. AVaikcr. as trustee of (.ho .Moss Estate, and Air. E. Parry watched proceedings for another creditor. The company was unrepresented. Clause 7 of the petition showed that the company was indebted to him and his co-trusteo to the extent of A'lMO, said .Mr. Walker. Since July last there had been owing by the company Ibo sum of .£Bl. which was not for goods, but actually for cash advanced. His Honour, in directing that an order should be made for winding up the company, said that costs should be the subject of a separate application.
