ZOUBKOFF FINED Berlin, February 24. For irregularity in connection with his passport, Zo'ubkoff was fined £lO. The police revealed that his Russian passport visa expired in December. He has not vet been charged in connection with the cafe incident.—A.P. A. and “Sun.”
