The Federal Company advise that the Norfolk, which is to load at West Coast ports of Great Britain, will now include Napier in her ports of discharge. She will leave Liverpool on April 14 for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chalmers. The Cumberland, which is fixed to sail from Liverpool on April 28 for New Zealand ports, will include Bluff in her ports of discharge. The Northumberland, to sail from Liverpool on May 12 r or New Zealand ports, will include' New Plymouth in her ports of discharge. ROTORUA ARRIVES TO-DAY. The New 'Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Rotorua, according to the latest message, will arrive in the stream at Wellington at 7 o’clock this morning from Loudon and Southampton, via Panama. After pratique has been granted the vessel will berth at the Pipitea Wharf to disembark her passengers aud discharge part cargo. PASSENGERS FROM HOME. Cabled news received by the Union Company reports that the Karetu. from South Australian ports, cleared Melbourne at 6 a.m. yesterday for, Auckland, Portland, New Plymouth, Wellington. Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland next Friday. THE NIAGARA. The Union Company report, that the Niagara, from Vancouver and Honolulu, cleared Suva at noon yesterday for Auckland, where she is due on Monday Horning. She. is to leave again at 10 p.m. the same day for Sydney. WAIHEMO AT VANCOUVER. Cabled news has been received by the Union Company that the Waihemo arrived at. Vancouver on Thursday afternoon from Auckland. The vessel will proceed then to Union Bay and Ocean Falls, to load, thence to San Francisco, to fill up for Auckland. Wellington, Now Plymouth. . The Anglo-Saxon Oil Co.'s steamer Purpura arrived in the stream at Wellington about 6 o'clock yesterday n,orn ' ing from Tarakan, Borneo, with a tun load of crude oil for the British Imperial Oil Co. After pratique was granted the ship berthed about 10 n.m. at the Burnham Wharf, Miramar, to put out her cargo. The Purpura sailed from Tarakan on February 3. and experienced fine weather until making Cook Strait, when she ran into heavy seas and variable winds. Captain T. Ropner and Son, Ltd., Stockton, and engined by Messrs. Blair ano Co., Ltd., Stockton. Her _ principal dimensions are:—Length, 349.5 ft.; beam, 50ft.; depth. 27.6 ft. Originally constructed as a general cargo carrier, the Purpura was purchased by her prescut owners during the war, and converted into an oil-tanker of the trunk type. rnc vessel has not previously visited Wellington, but has been running to China, Japan, and Australia. MAHANA’S MOVEMENTS. Cabled news has been received by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. that the Mahana left Newcastle at 5 p.m. on Thursday for Napier, where she is due on Tuesday to commence loading for London. The vessel will also load at Gisborne. Wanganui, and Wellington, arriving here on Marcli 14. The Mahana will sail finally from Wellington on March 20 for London, via Panama. PORT HUNTER DUE TO-DAY. The C. and D. Line steamer Port Hunter is due at Wellington this morning from Liverpool, via Auckland, and will berth at the King’s Wharf to put out part cargo. She will/ leave here on Tuesday evening for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge. CARGO FROM NEW YORK. The following steamers of the American and Australian Line have been fixed to load at New York for New Zealand:— The Newbv Hall will leave New York on March 2 for Auckland.
