M.P., of the Government purchase of land for returned soldiers’ settlement, the Minister of Lands fthe Hon. A. D. McLeod) last night pr-blicly invited Mr. Ransom to permit him to publish the price at which Mr. Ransom offered his nroperrty for soldiers’ settlement, and also the Government valuation of ihe property at the time the offer was made.
