Consternation at the mysterious disappearance -of various articles was caused at a farm in the Waihou district during a - ' recent week-end (says the ‘Nelson Mail”). A coat containing a valuable document disappeared, followed later by other valuables. The police could throw no light on the mystery. On the Sunday morning a small boy ot the house found some papers out of a pocxet of the coat. After a diligent search, the coat was found buried in some rushes.
