JAPANESE ELECTIONS
GREAT PUBLIC INTEREST (Rec. February 21, 9.50 p.m.) Tokio, February 21. At the elections 75 per cent, of the eligibles voted, greatly exceeding the proportions at the previous elections under the restricted suffrage, and indicating the keenest national interest. The results suggest that Seiyukav will resume the government, but will still be dependent upon the support of minor parties.
