BUILDER FINED £2O. BY Telegraph.—press association. Hamilton, February 15. For using a dangerous machine in the course of his business as builder, Robert Woodroffe, of Te Aroha, was fined £2O by Mr. F. S. Plaits, S.M. It was stated that Woodroffe had been repeatedly warned about the machine, over a period of years, and he had made no attempt to convert the machine to comply with the Act. The department regarded the offence as serious.
