NEW ZEALAND TEAM IN AUSTRALIA Sydney, February 15. The New Zealand bowlers, en route for England, will play matches in Melbourne and Adelaide during the Orvieto's stay in those cities. VICTORIANS BEATEN AT DUNEDIN BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION Dunedin, February 15. The Victorian bowlers, who arrived here yesterday, played a match against the Dunedin Centre this afternoon, and were beaten bv 145 to 39. Another match will be playe'd to-morrow evening. CENTRE'S SINGLES POSTPONED. Owing to tho very welcome downpour of rain yesterday morning, it was found necessary to postpone the Wellington Bowling Centre’s singles championship tournament, which was to have been played on Hataitai Club’s green. Given fine weather the games will be played to-day as originally arranged. A team consisting of ten rinks of bowlers from various clubs will leave for Picton and Blenheim to-morrow afternoon. They will play in Picton anti Blenheim on Saturday, and on Sunday will make an excursion in the Sounds, returning to Wellington on Sunday evening.
