In the Canterbury provincial polo tournament to-day, the final of the Stead Cup resulted in the defeat of Iho Bareora A team, which has held tho trophy for several years, by a Christchurch A team by 7 goals to 4. In the final of tho junior cup, Pareora B beat Amur! by 7 goals to 6.
