. TRIBUTE TO PRIME MINISTER Dominion Special Service. Masterton, February 15. A sincere tribute to the Prime Minister (Right Hon. J. G. Coates) was. paid by Mri D. Ogilvy, treasurer, at to-night s smoke concert of the Masterton A. and P. Association. “You may differ from him, but Mr. Coates is a man above men,” declared Mr. Ogilvy. "He is an honest man.
