C.E.M.S. CONFERENCE

Tn April the seventeenth annual Dominion conference of the Church of England Men’s Society will be held in Wellington. A representative meeting of churchmen from the Wellington and suburban parishes was held on Tuesday evening, the Bishop of 'Wellington presiding. The proposals of the Dominion executive and the Wellington Diocesan Council, who are jointly responsible for the arrangements for the conference, were laid before the meeting, and met with general approval. Attention was specially called to the proposed procession of witness of churchmen, which it is hoped to hold during the period of the conference.
