PRINCE OF WALES

WOMAN TRIES TO KISS. HIM

(Rec. February 8, 8.45 p.m.)

London, February 7

The Prince of Wales paid a surprise visit to dwellings damaged by the flood on January 9. He drove up and knocked at a door, surprising the occupiers, and a great crowd soon gathered. The Prince, on reappearing had an embarrassing experience. A woman rushed to him saying: "J^ ISS me.” The Prince smiled and shook his head. “You must,” urged the undaunted woman, making an attempt to kiss him. The Prince gently pushed he raside and hurried away. A group of spellbound maidens, busily powdering their faces, rushed the Prince, but he motored away.
