CASE OF CHICKEN POX ON MARAMA Dominion Special. Auckland, December 7. The red flag was hoisted by the Mamma ou her arrival from Sydney to-day. The cause of the trouble was I hat on the run across one of the ship’s officers had developed chicken pox ill a mild form, and vat, receiving attention. After the steamer had been boarded by the port medical officer, the launch returned to shore and conveyed the medical officer of health for the district to the ship, which was then granted pratique.
