At a meeting of the Babies' Home Campaign Committee encouraging reports were received from various districts regarding efforts being made on behalf of the fund. >t Preparations for tho Ftelden raylor Street Day on Friday are well in hand. In addition to three stands in the city the following have been arranged:— Kelburn, Mrs Carroll; Hataitai Mrs. M Seott: Lvaft Bav. Mrs. b J. Evans; Kilhirnie, Mrs. E. T. Taylor; Brooklyn, Mrs. W. C. Webb; Karon. Mrs R. BWilliams; Wadestovvn, Mrs. M. u. Thomson; Northland. Mrs- Macindoe; Newtown, Mr. Gilbertson ami party from St. Cuthbert’s Church; Lowei n.Ht Mr’ W. T. Strand (Mayoress); Eastbourne, Mrs. H. M. Jones (Mayoress) The committee would be glad if aiiv'one wishing to help on the day would communicate with the 13 ed, as,more helpers would be welcome.
