The following resolution was carried at the monthly meeting of Lodge Kelburn L. 0.1., held last evening: “That this lodpe congratulates the Rev. Howard Elliott for directing public attention to the admii ’stration of justice as seen in the ’elease of certain prisoners and endorses his demand for a Koya] Commission to inquire into the workings of the Prisons Act, the operations of the Prisons Board, and the appointment of the Controller-General of Prisons.”
