The Ordcr-in-Council empowers the trustees to pay £2OO out of the fund to the Hawarden Waikari District Returned Soldiers’ and Dependants’ Sick and Benefit Fund Society, and the remainder of the moneys to the trustees of the Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen's Blind Soldiers and Sailors’ Bund
