SOUTH WAIRARAPA COMPETITION. Carterton, December 2. The school garden competition under the auspices of the Wairarapa P. and A. Society was decided during the week, when the judge, Mr. A. R Hadfield, reported that the gardens were in good order and well finished off. Belvedere School was first. Clareville School second, Carrington School third, and Dalefield School fourth.
