ANDERSON REFUSES TO REMAIN AN AMATEUR. (Rec. November 30, 10.50, p.m.) Sydney, November 30. J. O. Anderson refused the request of the Australasian Lawn Tennis Association that be remain an amateur until next vear, to enable Australia to compete for the Davis Cup. Anderson stated that he was joining the professionals next month.
