CHARGED WITH MURDERING WIFE. Paris, November 29. An Armenian shoemaker named Manghikian, after a quarrel with his wife, beheaded her and was arrested. The police were impressed by the Skilful nature of the job, and made inquiries. They found among his possessions a letter from General Antremick, who said that he was proud to attest that Manghikian had been attached to tlie Russian armies and "skilfully, to my knowledge, rendered justice by execution 361 times.”
