Hannan the New Zealand sculling champion,’ stated in a Press interview that his previous announcement that he would challenge Gocdsell for the world title was somewhat premature. While this might eventuate as desired bv liis. supporters, it depended in a large degree on financial arrangements, domestic matters, and a business appointment- awaiting his acceptance.
