Berlin, November 29. ’I The Berlin correspondent of “Th« Times” says that the most serious charge yet brought against the Reichswehr authorities appears in the Socialist newspaper, “Breslauer Volk swat- • ; eht,” with which Herr Loebe, President of the Reichstag, is concerned. The paper asserts that a “Black” Reichswehr Reserve exists in_Silesia, i and is supported by funds which Nationalist Reichswehr officers collected, , and employers’ associations at Breslau, who are financing civilian gymnastics.. , The paper adds that forty officers are [ employed in training the reserves on I army parade grounds; The reserves were told that they were required to form a frontier guard against the Poles.—“ The Times.”
