“BOARD SHOULD HAVE A CHANCE”

BY TBSEGRAPU.-Flll.ss ASSOCIAI!' Pukekohe, November 29.

The Franklin Agricultural Society took exception to the resolution passed by the Associated Chambers of Commerce Conference urging that the Government repeal or amend section 13 of the Dairy Control Act, and the following resolution, to be forwarded to the Acting-Premier, the Minister of Agriculture, and the member for Franklin, was passed: "That this society deprecates the action of the Chambers of Commerce Conference in suggesting the repeal or amendment of the clause, which gives the power to enforce absolute control, and that the society favours the Control Board having a fair chance to prove its merits.”
