“FROM COWBOY TO PRIME MINISTER”
HEADING IN LONDON PAPERS. London, November 28. A phrase in the Public Orator’s Latin speech referring to Mr. Coates’s boyhood was translated as “cowboy,” thereby leading the papers to use the heading “From Cowboy to Prime Minister.”—Svdnev “Sun” Cable.
