The funeral of the late Mr. Charles R. Stuart tool: place at Karori cemetery on Friday morning. The Ven. Archdeacon Johnson held a short service nt the late Mr. Stuart's home in Brougham Street, where he paid a glowing tribute to the sterling qualities of deceased. There was a large gathering at the graveside, and many beautiful wreaths were received. The deceased, who was n very popular business man of the city, was a brother-in-law of Mr. E. Page, 8 JI.
