The next is that the curtains in the tea room should be fastened back closelv to the sides of the windows, so as to lessen • obstruction of the view of the play. And the third is that people should not be allowed to sit or stand in front of the windows of the tea room when natrons are drinkino the remarkably weak tea supplied there.—l am, etc., PATRON.
