PROVINCIAL PERSONALS
Mr. 11. L. Young, president of the Palmerston North Chamber of Commerce, is a visitor to Wellington. Mr. J. M. Gordon, of Taumarunui, was farewelled by a number of friends at the Taumarunui Club prior to his departure for Palmerston North. Air R. McLean, clerk of the Court for Otaki and Levin, will shortly leave Otaki to take up residence in Levin. Mr. J. A. Mitchell, of Longburn, is at present in Auckland.
Mr. S. E. P. Eddy, postmaster at Otaki. has been operated on for peritonitis, and is progressing as well as can be expected. Major Sandle, of Palmerston North, is at present at Trenthatn.
