HUGE SUM PAID SINCE THE ARMISTICE London, November 24. In the House ot Commons, the Minister of Labour (Sir Arthur Steel-Mait-land) stated that since the armistice the out-of-work relief payments amounted to £02,418.000, and the unemployment relief £275,000,000.
