The Rugby League Council discussed the agreement with the Australian Board' and the New Zealand League with respect to the two years’ residential qualification. The matter was deferred until the next meeting on December 12. It also considered Australia’s invitation to send a team tn 1928, and appointed a suh-coniniittee to discuss matters of mutual interest with -the New Zealand managers before their departure by the Catbay on January 28.
