MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Air. W. G. lliddell, S.M., presided in tho Magistrate’s Court on Saturday morning. For using obscene language Kob® rt William Wilson was fined <£3 in default fourteen days’ imprisonment. lie was fined JJI in default three days’ imprisonment’ for a fourth offence of drunkenness. A prohibition order was also issued against him for a period ot one year.
