MUSKETRY COURSE OVER

DIOMEDE SIEN REJOIN THEIR SHIP. About 150 office-s and men from H.M.S. Diomede, after undergoing a fortnight's course of musketry instruction at Trentham, rejoined their ehip on Saturday. They and the Dunedin’s contingent in tho camp were inspected on Friday, after a full march past, by Commodore G. T. C. P. Swabey, D. 5.0., R.N., Naval Oflicer-in-Charge of the New Zealand Division, and the Minister of Defence the Hon. F. J. Rolleston. Tho Diomede will sail for Picton tomorrow morning, and will remain there till December 1, when she will proceed to Napier to join 11.M.5. Dunedin. She sails from Napier on December 9, for Gisborne, and after remaining there for four days, will go to Auckland.
