Elaborate preparations are being made for the spring fair to be held at the Manawatu A. and P. Association’s buildings, Palmerston North, on November 25‘, 26, and 27. This carnival will be in aid of the funds of \ll Saints’ parish, and its worthy object should attract a large patronage. Many sources of amusement are to be provided, and the twenty stalls that will be erected will give invaluable opportunities for Christmas shopping. cabaret, a Christmas tret, and a tug-of-war contest for valuable prizes are included among the attractions.
