Percv Stanley Prebble, land agent, charged with forging the name of ■ ederick Jackson to a deed of mortgage and causing it to be acted upon as genuine and uttering the same was found guiltv and sentenced to three years’ hard ’labour bn each 'barge, the terms to be concurred*
