The spectacular military manoeuvre arranged by Mr Joo Knowsley, cheated great interest last night, and the compe tition between the tub of wav teams shows the keen desire to win the coveted trophies. At last nights entertainment, Sennett’s team (Karori) overcame Tagney’s team after an exciting pull, winning bv 3 inches. O’Grady s team succeeded in defeating Munt Cottrell’s team by one inch. The side-shows continue to he attractions.
