LOCAL BODY INVESTMENTS
EXTENDING THE SCOPE A Gazette notice published last -night authorised borough councils to invest any part of a reserve fund in the bonds, debentures, or other securities of road, town, or electric power boards in New Zealand having authority to borrow money. Power is conferred on renewal fund commissioners to make like investments.
