PIONEER LODGE No. 11, I.O.G.T.

Pioneer Lodge No. 11, 1.0.G.T., held their weekly meetinc in Webb Street ou Monday, C.T. Sis. Devereux presiding over a good attendance. Arrangements were made for the quarterly meeting of district lodge. A motion of sympathy with the L.D. Bro. Trevelyan in the loss of his brother, was carried. One candidate was proposed and initiated. G.V.H. Sis Hirst installed P.C.T. Sis. Harding; treasurer, Sis. Culumn; sentinel. Bro. Williams. Greetings were received from the “Hope of Petone” and Dunedin Lodges. Sis. Mrs. Kruse donated a curtain to the lodge, and was thanked for same. Supper and harmony followed.
