QUESTION OF CONTROL NEGOTIATIONS WITH FRANCE London, November 15. In the House of Commons, the Secretary for Dominion Affairs (Mr. L. C. M. S Amery) stated that the question of the control of the New Hebrides was taken up at the Imperial Conference. Negotiations have since been renewed with France.
