CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING TO-MORROW. A special meeting of the City Council will be held at 4 p.m. to-morrow to transact the following business (1) Confirmation of resolution (by way of special order) passed at a special meeting of the council held on October 21, authorising surrender of existing lease of sections 71, 75, and part Gsa Lambton reclamation, and grant of new lease in lieu thereof. (2) Confirmation of resolution (by way of special order) passed at a special meeting on October 21, authorising surrender of existing lease of sections 72, 73, 76, and 77, Lambton reclamation, and grant of new lease in lieu thereof. (3) Pass resolution 'by way of special order) authorising the raising of the Wellington City, Karori, and Onslow Districts Drainage Completion Loan, 1926, of £36,100. (4) Pass resolution (by way of special order) authorising the raising of the Wellington City Unemployment Loan, 1926, of (5) General.
