"SOLDIERS, NOT ASSASSINS.” (Rec. November 16, 7.40 p.m.) London, November 16. Guiseppe Garibaldi, the Liberator’s elder grandson, has arrived at Plymouth from America in order to join Riccietti Garibaldi, now in trouble in Paris. He says the Garibaldians are soldiers, not assassins.
