NEW CONSOLIDATION OF RELATIONS FROM MEETING OF'TEWFIK AND TCHITCHERIN London, November 15. Advices from Odessa state that Tewfik Bey and M. Tchitcherin had a friendly discussion. Afterwards Tewfik stated that the relations between Russia and Turkey were more than friendly—they were fraternal. The meeting, he added, had resulted in a new consolidation of relations between Turkey and the Union of Soviet Republics.
