Bi Telegraph.—frees association. Copyright. London. November 15. ' Signor Mussolini, in a message to tile “Daily Mail,” says that Fascism is not. yet properly interpreted by everybody. It is often misjudged by superficial criticism, but it is the most complete modern form of Government, because it is deeply rooted in Italy’s workers. None were better qualified to understand it than the powerful Commonwealth comprised by the British Empire, which was founded on work and understanding between the various ranks of the working people. “I repeat,” he said, “that Fascism stands for justice, wealth, peace, and order.” ATTACK ON PARIS NEWSPAPER OFFICES FIGHT WITH INKPOTS London, November 15. Three Fascists were wounded in the attack on the offices of the “Action Francaise,” which for more than a year has published anti-Fascist views. The editor of “Action Francaise” says that the Fascists entered with revolvers drawn. There was a violent encounter in the editorial room, where the staff hurled inkpots. A Fascist fired, whereupon the staff replied. "Our losses,” he said, “were nothing except broken windows, but we have no more, inkpots.”
