GERMAN CAPITAL IN COMPANY. London, November 14. It is learned that the paid-up ca'pital of the Melanesia Estates Company definitely includes 35 per cent, of German money. The ".Sunday Express ’ points out that the German Government is openly encouraging German business men to secure large .economic footholds in her lost colonies, and emphasises that the League’s aim is to forbid discrimination against Germans.
