MIGRANTS TO CANADA
GREAT INCREASE IN NUMBERS THIS YEAR. (Rec. November 15, 10.40 p.m.) Ottawa, November 14. Immigrants in the first nine months of the present year numbered 112,835, compared with 67,878 for the corresponding period of 1925. Of this year’s migrants 41,419 were British, 16,776 came from the United States, and 54,640 from other countries.
