MOTOR FATALITY

GRAVE CHARGE AGAINST DRIVER Dominion Special. Christchurch, November 15. Charged with killing David Forsyth by an unlawful act, Henry Denham appeared on remand before Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., this morning. Denham was the driver of the car concerned in the fatal motor accident on the Yaldhurst Road on November 6, when two passengers were killed. Chief-Detective Gibson asked for a further remand. He said that another charge was pending, and there was also an inquest to be proceeded with. The case was remanded until November 30. Bail was allowed in Denham’s own recognisance of £2OO, and one surety of £2OO, or two sureties of £lOO each.
