Dunedin, November 15. Some carpenters have compiained recently of the high cost of tools in Dunedin. The secretary of the Carpenters Union said to-day that in some instances the difficulty was being got over by ordering the tools from Wellington, where the cost apparently is not so h & h - ■ -
