Mr. T. C. Hislop represented the claimant, and Mr. A.’ E. Cgrrie the Crown Law Office, the respondent. Air. H. E. Leighton was assessor for„the Crown and Mr. J. Stellin ..assessor for the claimant. , G. - Halliday, - Land -Purchase Officer, said he had inspected the property, the capital value of which he estimated at £10,462. The buildings, he said, were worth £1476. Eraser McKenzie, Government Valuer, said-he put a capital value of £10,350 on the property, and on the buildings £l5OO. : ' ’ ' After hearing further evidence, tne Court adjourned.
