A meeting of the executive of the Khandallab Progress Association was held on Wednesday, Mr. M. F. Galloway (president) being in the chair A letter was received from the town clerk stating that the City Council could not see its way clear to construct a toolpath along the side of the railway bridge at Khandallali. Tho association considered the reply most nnsatisfaetory
in view of the danger and the nsk of a very serious accident, especially as a large number of school children cross this bridge several times a day (here beiii" no alternative route for them to tako° other than crossing the railway line at the station. It was deeided to ask the City Council to reconsider their decision.
