IMPROVEMENTS AT SEATOUN
The City Council decided .last evening that in connection with the widening ot the Esplanade at Seatoun, authority be granted for the erection of a low concrete wall costing about ct2o and for the city solicitor to negotiate with the property owner concerned with legaru to the compensation to be paid foe the land acquired. ~ ~ „ . A footpath is to be provided through Branda Pass (between Seatoun and Breaker Bay) at a cost of £lO.
